1. What is the minimum stay ?
Our apartments are best suited for long term accommodation. On certain properties the minimum stay required will be 12 months. if you stay for long term, you may be eligible for long term stay discounts Please contact our customer service for more details.
2.What are the amenities in your apartments ?
We are specialists in taking care of the needs of relocating professionals from the subcontinent. The whole package is to provide all the comforts and luxuries of home back in the subcontinent. Apart from a well furnished apartments we have many services that take the anxiety out of the first time travelers to USA.. Visit our amenities page for details.
3.Where are the locations ?
All our apartments are located in residential neighborhoods close to business and commercial districts. All of them are in a safe family friendly environment with close proximity to work locations, school, shopping, entertainment, or public transportation. Please refer to the locations tab in our web site for actual locations.
4.Why should I choose your apartment and not a hotel ?
A hotel room is nothing more than a bed and bath . We offer fully equipped private apartments in residential buildings. You can prepare your own meals and enjoy plenty of space to relax after a fast-paced day. And you will be at home with all the modern facilities of a hotel. And the cost is cheaper than a hotel. We offer more facilities, personalized services that no other hotel chain offer. Please refer to our amenities for the full service that you can expect from us.
5.Is there any cost advantages of staying with you versus a hotel ?
There are several significant cost advantages. On average our rates are much lower than upscale hotels. There is more space and privacy, so residents can entertain or hold meetings without renting a separate room—and with a full kitchen, residents have the option to cook their own meals. Our rent is in conformity with many corporate IT firms
6. Are there laundry facilities ?
Yes, there are laundry facilities in all of our buildings—many are inside the apartments themselves.
7. Is there housekeeping service ?
Housekeeping is provided every other week. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged during your stay on additional charges.
8. Are utilities included in the apartment rent ?
All apartment rentals include a utilities allowance for gas, electric, local telephone calls, and cable.
9. How do you charge for long distance calls ?
There are no charges for using the telephone. There are no additional charges for long distance calls and even overseas calls. For overseas calls however there is a limit on the minutes usage. You can contact our customer service if you need additional minutes.
10. How may I pay for my reservation ?
We accept most major credit cards, cashier’s checks, and bank transfers. There are no service charges for the bank transfers. For cards, 3% or 5% service charge may apply. Please contact our customer service for more details.
