What you liked in your services- The apartments are convenient, well maintained. The location of the apartments are impressive, proximity to train/bus and at the same time there are opportunities for comfortable parking as well. All the amenities needed are promptly provided and our requests if any are immediately addressed. The apartments comes with good internet connectivity and cable with a good collection of paid channels. The furniture and interior is fine. Overall the stay has been very pleasant.
My rating of the stay is 4.5 out of 5

Very delighted to share the positive experience with Lotus I happened to stay at the Lotus Suites Apartment for close to 2 months on arrival into the US and left extremely satisfied with the stay. The apartment was clean, well maintained and close to necessary amenities (bank, grocery, eating joints, etc) which meant a lot of issues which people new to the US face due to lack of a personal vehicle were negated. The staff was highly professional and approachable to say the least. A special mention for Mani himself since he went out of his way to help me with things not really linked to apartment specific transactions eg. advising on car purchase, loan options, grocery & shopping outlets, etc. Small gestures such as these go a long way in easing the day-to-day life of a person new to a country. I would rate Lotus Suites 5 on a scale of 5 and highly recommend it to one and all

Very delighted to share the positive experience with Lotus Suites in NJ. Much better option that staying in a hotel. Especially if you have kids, the fully furnished accommodation makes more sense. I was WOWed with the minor things taken care of - US SIM card, India calling, utensils, clean comforters, bi-weekly cleaning etc.Mani and his staff are amazing. In the new country, you need "human" touch the most!Additional support for ride to office, to grocery store, SSN office etc. is a much need assistance while you are settling down If we have to rate the customer service, it is 200 out of 100.

For the last decade and more, I had been travelling around the globe on business assignments. For short stays ranging from a day to a week or so, hotels are ok. But a couple of months in a hotel room is not much fun.A more home like accommodation is definitely preferred for long stays. I had been staying for 2 months with family in one of the guesthouses managed by Lotus Suites, earlier this year. It was a very nice stay. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. The accommodation is fully furnished with full kitchen, in- unit washer/dryer, cable TV, wireless internet and unlimited phone connection. The properties are clean and well maintained and you can request for service if needed. Most of us travelling to this place are either new to driving on other side of road, or maybe to 'driving' itself. Getting a US driving license takes time and public transport is rare as in most parts of the country. Thanks to the guesthouse management team, they provide transport to and from your work and maybe a few trips to the grocery store if you need.

Stay at 30 River court was excellent, inculding the security, environment...etc. and the Service was very good. Nothing much improvement required except for room cleaning should be changed from biweekly to weekly.

The services provided by your organization is definitely beneficial and one of the best especially people like us who are travelling leaving the family back. The apartment is clean and very spacious with all the amenities and services are of great help. Mr. Mani you especially are very generous with your help, and personally you have helped me even visiting a temple which was a very touching gesture. Your helpful demeanor and quick response is cheery on the cake. The only few things that might help is weekly cleaning of apartment and providing clean sheet , towel and toiletries more frequently ( similar to the services of extended stay etc ) and possible option of cooked.

Good things I noticed about Lotus is the rooms were very clean and tidy. They were properly equipped with all the requirements for a comfortable stay. There was always someone to reach out for any support and guidance required, which made me feel secure and safe. The best part was on extending a dedicated apartment from a twin sharing, when my family arrived and that too without additional cost. Sincerely appreciate that I would rate my stay at 4 in a scale of 1-5, where 5 being the best. I will definitely recommend my friends to opt for Lotus Suites. First of all i would like to thank ganesan, Subramanian who is the owner of the apartments in giving us the opportunity to keep us stay in this Waterford drive. We are really happy and lead a peaceful life on our entire stay with all inbuilt facilities, which has definitely helped us to continue our stay for longer period. Its really a good and comfort place on who they have their own car. The person who doesn't have their own you have to depend on taxi or sometime we need to give trouble to get Ganesan on emergency basis, he can really help you on the odd situation:-) In my opinion I can rate upto 4 to stay in this apartment.

The condos are good and i really appreciate the service that you provide such as the CAR arrangement and other add hoc requests such as taking to grocery shops and others; Something thats not mentioned anywhere but its kind of a help that we get. And most of all free advise on where to go ; what to see; what to do & what not :-) . I feel a little INDIA here. There is nothing which i feel is not good because everything that you guys give is to the fullest.

I will never forget your guest house at Green street in my life time. It was my first place in US I stayed after I landed here for the first time. Though it was very short period, I enjoyed staying at your place. I liked the place as it was very spacious and clean. I was very happy when I spoke to you in Tamil. Your tamil accent is excellent. One of my colleague referred me to Homely Guest house near Edison, NJ. When you feel SWEET HOME away from Home; being a frequent visitor to US; I would assume first timers to US and specifically to NJ will love the facility provided by Lotus Suites. The apartment I was given was very cozy and we felt like staying there as long as we can. You cannot match your stay to hotel at any time. Nice arrangement. Special thanks to Mr Mani for making all arrangements and being so kind to us. He took us for grocery shopping and helped in other errands. I believe you need helping hand during peak seasons. Otherwise, he was always there to help. What I liked in the services - All day-to-day facilities provided at the Guest house, including phone to call India and TV with channels. Awesome!

To me, the most striking thing about the guest house is the effort that has gone in to making the place homely! I would say a little more fine tuning here and there will give the guest house ( some sections) a major face-lift. My two cents – 1. The master bedroom (if you are assigned to it) gives you much needed space ( literally and figuratively!) after a long strenuous day! It's perfect! 2. Connectivity ( via phone, tv, internet) is seamless. No hassles there. 3. Kitchen - With so many appliances, the place appears to be a little cluttered. Although some of them come in handy for daily use, most of them don't. You can arrange the kitchen stuff in a more presentable and cleaner way! 4. Housekeeping - Weekly housekeeping services may add to the wow points. 5. Laundry - You can tidy up the laundry section of the house. I interacted with Mani during my stay at the guest house. He is a very amiable and gracious person. Very professional too!

The positives The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious too. The community itself is wonderful, with a nice play area, swimming pool and Gym. These factor make this an ideal choice for people who are with their family or those who prefer a homely atmosphere The staff are very cordial and friendly. Apart from providing general concierge services, they go out of their way in ensuring the guests feel at home. Extremely useful for those who are new to the locality. The property is centrally located. All major stores and services are minutes away in driving. Room for improvement Guests who are on a rotating basis tend to use the facilities a bit roughly, resulting in deterioration. To be fair, when I brought this to the notice of the management, immediate action was taken. ( Note: This is implemented now - Lotus Suites) Overall, I stayed for 2 months and I felt completely at home and it was a very very pleasant experience. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone.

The best thing that I found is the transport facility that you guys are providing. This helped us to stay here without any difficulties. This is a spacious apartment in a quiet and convenient development with lots of parking. A big plus is that it is an easy walk to a park with fields and a hiking trail as well as a shopping center with a big drug store and some nice eateries - Italian deli/pizza place/Thai. It’s minimally furnished, but it worked out really well for our family and we would stay there again. Really appreciated how responsive the owners were when we contacted them. One caveat for those with mobility issues - the apartment is all one level but there are two flights of stairs that must be climbed to get in.

We really liked this place! It was clean and has all the essentials of what we expected at the time of booking. The location is convenient and relatively quiet despite being close to everything. I was able to work remotely from this place for couple of weeks and it had the right desk, chair and internet for a smooth working experience. Most of kitchen items were very clean. We stayed in this apartment for 2 months (family of 4 with young children and a cat). The apartment is spacious, easy to access, has a great location near stores, is in walking distance to trails, and had everything we needed. The master bedroom is large with plenty of closet space and the other bedrooms were perfect for the kids. The unit is above another apartment but there was limited noise from the surrounding apartments. The hosts were helpful and added some personal touches to the experience.

Where do I start, I was so pleased with the location and space and wanted to say thank you. The hospitality has been nothing short of “Service Excellence” The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable.

My special thanks for taking me shopping and making me feel comfortable. I was nervous when I was asked to take a Cab from the Airport but everything changed once I reached the place.

Let me start my review like this. It's Sunday evening and we have problem operating the washing machine. We text the host and there is someone at the door in 20 mins to attend to it. This incidence exemplifies the care and attention the host offers to his guests. The apartment, situated at a vantage location, is in excellent condition. Well lit, fully carpeted, amply furnished with adequate utilities like fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, crockery, cutlery, wifi, etc. Everything is thoughtfully provided; from bed and pillow linens, towels, tissues rolls, bath soap and shampoo to deodorisers in the washrooms. We were there for two weeks but we never felt anything missing. Apart from the amenities, what also made us comfortable was the host's congeniality. We were given two sets of keys and we misplaced one and volunteered to pay but he generously declined to charge us. The cost wouldn't be much but the consideration is as they say in the advertisement... priceless. We would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who is planning a trip to New Jersey. We are going there for sure on our next. Thank you Mr.Vishnu.
